Wmbw interracial dating
In 1987, that only 13% of Americans completely agreed that interracial dating was acceptable, that share grew to 56% in 2009.
Young people are said they’d be OK with a family member marrying someone of another race or ethnicity.
The trend of interracial dating has been on the rise since the late 1960, when the US federal government scrapped the regulation, which regarded Interracial Marriages illegal.
The percentage of black American women in interracial marriage has increased over the years cause years ago it was 9% of black American/African American women marrying outside their race but now it has increased to 12% now, which I think will steadily increase and has to do with the fact that the new generation of African American women are rebelling against the social stigmas of Interracial marriage when it comes to Black women in America and how they are marrying out due to less educated and successful men in their community to find(since their are more educated black women then Black men in America).
However the percentage for African American men is on a stand still, it hasn’t increased at all but maybe if non-married African American men were included in this study there would have been a jump in those numbers.
The concept of Interracial Dating and Marriages has further been popularized by the inception of dedicated interracial dating websites such as the likes of and interracialdatingcentral.com, among others.
